⚠️ The Risk of Starting Small

Signing a RM 69k FAQ bot now creates a false sense of "AI done." When the board asks what XOX has done on AI, leadership points to a WhatsApp bot that answers billing questions. Meanwhile, the underlying data — churn signals, ARPU opportunities, 13TB/month of CDR — remains untouched.

The right question to ask any AI vendor: "Can you show us one live enterprise deployment with measurable deflection data and a reference client we can call?"

These Are Not Competing Scopes

To be clear: Fast Technology is not competing with a RM 69k chatbot. We are proposing a fundamentally different investment — the AI infrastructure layer that XOX needs to remain competitive in the next 3–5 years.
